
Before I became a small business owner, I spent 20 years in high-tech customer support management. I was always motivated to improve my skills in providing superior service. I studied organizations excelling in that area.
Since we opened BLER Travel in Brookline 15 years ago, I have been using this knowledge and experience to grow the business through strong customer relationships. We pride ourselves in our ability to harness our travel experience to create personalized vacation, honeymoon and destination travel arrangements for each of our costumers.
BLER travel has become the first stop for travel to Israel and Brazil. Our personal knowledge on these destinations allow us to steer our customers in a direction that is right for them. This focus has also allowed us to negotiate unique wholesale pricing arrangements which result in lower prices for our customers.
Our level of service coupled with these lower prices have granted us a competitive advantage over online travel. We have grown our business through word-of-mouth as opposed to the heavy marketing and deceptive promotions of the travel industry giants.
