Rather than dealing with multiple agents and needing to sift through numerous applications, landlords working with Metro could deal with a single, reliable agency that acted as a consistent bridge between new tenants and themselves.
This strategy has allowed Metro to build long-term working relationships with their devoted landlords that ultimately have become enduring friendships.
Despite repeated offers from national real estate firms, Mark and Joe have held fast to their desire to remain independent in order to not lose touch with their customers. They believe in nurturing a relationship (quite often with students seeking to rent their first apartment) and seeing it to the fulfillment of someone’s dream of purchasing their first home.
