The Coolidge Corner Clubhouse has been serving Brookline under the same ownership for three decades -- with the same promise to its guests: to be a Superior Food & Sports Pub. These words have been in the front window since the day they opened. This promise has earned the Clubhouse Best of Boston Sports Bar and Brookline's Best Neighborhood Restaurant.
The Clubhouse opened with with five TV's and an old-fashioned, giant satellite dish out back. Now there are 20 LCD HDTV's each with its own satellite receiver, hundreds of channels to get any game you could want, and Wi-Fi Internet access!

It was like I died and went to sports heaven. Murals, pictures, TV's with multiple football games, sandwiches and burgers named after sports heroes...
THE LOBSTER ROLL! This might possibly be the best one I've had in Boston. Huge, intact pieces of lobster, close to completely plain (very light on the mayo), on a perfectly toasted New England bun. And in my eyes, a pretty good value.
