Specifically, we develop strategic leaders, align top teams, and build value networks across companies to advance the business strategy.
CNI has 18 years experience providing value to clients ranging from local privately held start-ups and family-owned businesses to global companies in high tech, bio tech, clean tech and professional service firms.
Mindy’s inspiration comes from partnering with companies to choreograph lasting changes that benefit both people and the bottom line, exemplified by her work with Malden Mills and previous CEO Aaron Feuerstein.
Early career expertise as a director at non-profits and clinical training drive Mindy's passion for coaching individuals and building value networks to grow the business, the people and the community .
Arriving from NY 25 years ago with her husband and five children, she earned her Ph.D. at BU. Listed in Who's Who of American Women, elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and Presidential Advisor at ATCC, Mindy conducts research, and has authored multiple book chapters.
Deeply valuing community service, Mindy works with early stage entrepreneurs, providing access to people, advice and capital through the Emerging Business Collaborative, a non-profit she co-founded.
