Brookline is a great town, and I am fortunate to have my law office here. I attended Brookline High School, and I have family and friends in the area. I attended Boston University and the University of Wisconsin Law School, then came home to Massachusetts to practice law.
This is my 14th year as a lawyer. What I enjoy the most is working with people, and helping them win, avoid, defuse, or solve whatever legal challenge or problem they may face. Sometimes I have to be a fierce trial attorney. Other cases are more subtle and can involve diplomacy and discretion.
My areas of expertise include residential real estate transactions. I have worked on many divorces, from the amicable to the acrimonious, and with couples whose assets range from the minimal to the substantial. I work as a criminal defense attorney, and have defended people accused of a wide range of offenses, ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, Operating Under the Influence (OUI), possession of drugs, SORB registrations, and other offenses.
