Owner Profile – Chuck Silverston / Paris Creperie
Since graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from George Washington University, Chuck has become a family man and an entrepreneur. He lives in Brookline Village with his wife Nancy, daughter Lilli, and dog Jack. Eight years ago he founded Paris Creperie in Coolidge Corner, and has been operating it ever since.
Prior to that, Chuck was involved in fine dining restaurants. As manager of the White Horse Inn, Chuck developed a 50-item Martini List which was cited in Restaurant Business News and Sante Magazine. His fine dining career culminated in a James Beard nomination and dinner at the James Beard House in New York City.
Before getting involved in the restaurant business, Chuck ran the sales department for Just Publications, a local real estate magazine publisher.
Over the last few years, Chuck has stepped out of the day-to-day creperie operations and is applying his customer-focused approach to real estate, where he works with buyers, sellers, and investors as a principal at Prudential Unlimited Realty. Success has followed as Chuck has been awarded Prudential’s Chairman's Circle for 2008 – reserved for top 2% of agents nationwide - 2006 Agent of the Year, and Top 3 Agent in Massachusetts for the 2nd quarter of 2008.
Chuck is the director of Prudential’s First Time Home Buyer Seminar. He can be reached at csilverston@prudentialunlimited.com.
